What are we looking for?
Analyst Facilities
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the R&D labs and offices within the Cajamar facility.
What are the main responsibilities:
Oversee and perform these duties for proper operation and management of the R&D.
This position oversees waste management and general repairs for Avon R&D. Will also assist with helping to prepare the new construction for arrival of associates.
Partners closely with the overall Interlagos site leader and facilities team. Provides expert facilities support for all R&D associates in Interlagos.
Responsible for carrying out maintenance service requests as assigned, managing via written communications, responding and verification of completion of all service calls.
Assists in the implementation of safety policies and procedures related to the daily operations of the R&D facilities. Performs pro-active inspections of property; identifies and corrects findings. Prepares and ships product samples for external testing as well as internal needs.

What you need to have?
High school education required with
Vocational school technical training preferred.
Experience in building maintenance.
Broad mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge and experience preferred.
